Opening Spring 2018, St. Anthony’s Senior Care Hospital will fulfill the need for inpatient senior behavioral health services in Wichita, KS and the surrounding area.
This 20 bed hospital will be open 24/7, offering private rooms with private bathrooms, counseling, medical care, medication management and more. Our team includes geriatric psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, as well as art and music therapists.
Our goal is to offer a comfortable and quiet place to heal while providing a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. We take extra care to avoid re-hospitalization, diagnosing behavioral health issues as needed, and offering programs for dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other cognitive impairments.

We are looking for Certified Nursing Aides (CNA) who improve the lives of our rehab patients by administering world class care. Ideally, these nurses value hard work and good working relationships, are organized, have great time management skills, and show compassion.
The CNA provides direct care to hospital patients. This direct care includes: feeding, hydrating, toileting, transferring, ambulating, grooming, positioning, range of motion, restorative nursing tasks, activities, cleaning rooms and bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, doing patient and hospital laundry, setting the dining room table, passing room trays and snacks, pouring beverages, removing dirty dishes from the table.
As a CNA, you will also be attentive and emotionally supportive of patients and their families.
You will report to the Charge Nurse, Director of Nursing (DON), and the hospital administrator.
