Nottingham Health and Rehabilitation is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Olathe, Kansas. We have 40 beds, split between two houses, giving each house the responsibility of 20 beds. This is allows for better care of patients and residents as each house has a dedicated staff.

Overview

 

The Customer Service Concierge is referred to as the ILEE Champion in our community. ILEE stands for our mission of "Improving Lives. Exceeding Expectations." which is our goal in everything that we do. Reporting to the Executive Director, your job as the ILEE Champion is to provide positive and memorable experiences to all residents and patients in the community. You will communicate with a diverse group of important customers, including residents, patients, families and friends. In addition to assisting in the implementation of our "ILEE Way Program", you will perform duties such as coordinating the admission and discarge of all patients and residents. Your independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

 

In this important customer service role, you are to represent and support the company's purpose and core values of our mission of "Improving Lives. Exceeding Expectations.", as well as our guiding virtues as stated in the facilities description. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Improve the lives of our customers, especially the patients, families, and fellow employees
  • Exceed the expectations of our customers as often as possible
  • Give our customers positive, memorable experiences that they will remember for a lifetime
  • Coordinate the admission of all residents
  • Coordinate with facility staff for procurement of all equipment for new or existing residents
  • Assists in the coordination of all discharges
  • Assists in the implementation of the ILEE Way Program within the facility
  • Other duties as required

 

Requirements

Education/Training: 

 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must possess a current CNA license
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own reliable transportation to run company errands

 

A.D.A ((Americans with Disabilities Act) (as amended)) REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, walk as well as sit for most of the working day.  Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computer, fax, telephone, copier, etc.  Requires normal range of hearing and vision.  Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds, and be able to carry and transport supplies.  Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation(s).

 

Skill(s): Must possess proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; decision-making skills; proficient assessment skills; basic computer skills; and be able to operate various office equipment. Must have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

 

This position requires a personable individual, with strong communication skills & the ability to work without direct supervision. The Office Manager must be well organized, efficient with their time & able to coordinate many activities. This position handles confidential information that should not be shared with any other employees, friends, family, etc.
