Community Relations Coordinator

We are looking for a Community Relations Coordinator to increase qualified referrals, admissions, and census – getting people in the door! Ideally, this individual is hard-working, values good relationships, has great communication skills, and is driven by results.


As the Community Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving census for both Nottingham Health & Rehabilitation and St. Anthony’s Senior Care Hospital communities. You will work closely with the leadership team at these communities to ensure clear communication. This position is also responsible for maintaining metrics on census in comparison to established goals.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing or a healthcare discipline.


  • 3+ years of sales experience in long-term care, hospital, home health, pharmaceutical or durable medical equipment sales.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated outside sales experience exceeding measurable sales goals.

Working Conditions:

  • Medical environment.
  • May require standing up or walking for up to 80% of the time.
  • Required to use assistance when attempting to assist, lift, or carry objects over 25 lbs.
